2 Armenian best students took part in the 2nd annual Global Model UN Conference organized by the United Nations Department of Public Information in partnership with the World Federation of United Nations Associations (WFUNA), the Government of Malaysia, the UN Alliance of Civilizations and the Commonwealth Secretariat and held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 14-18 August, 2010.
From August 19-24, 2010 in Lusakert the youth from national minority communities of Armenia with their ethnic Armenian peers took part in the “Engineering Tolerance” Summer Camp organized in the scope of the “International Year of Youth” announced by the UN.
From June 26-27 in the Writers’ House resort of Tsaghkadzor city a two-day training was organized for journalists in the scope of the “Reinforcement of Management of Migratory flows in Armenia” project implemented by the Armenian UN Association and “People in Need” Czech NGO Armenian Branch.
Armenian UN Association jointly with Andrea and Vahé Keushguerians initiated the first ever organized Model UN Conference on high school level in Armenia under the auspices of WFUNA.

Armenian UN Association in close cooperation with the UN Department of Public Information, the “Center of Organizing Youth Activities” of the Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs and International Organization for Migration Mission organized the first of a series of Model UN Conferences
Today young representatives of national minorities in Armenia organized an exhibition on their community life, cultural traditions and history, which was dedicated to the International Day for Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development.
